DU Media DU Media showcases DU MFJS student content
DU Media journalists Grace Ganz and Kelly Fegan have won a Silver Award in the 2022 Telly Awards Student Category for their video “Crisis averted: Inside the life of a young crisis hotline worker.”
The story aired on Rocky Mountain PBS in March 2021. Ganz and Fegan profile Hridith Sudev, a Hotline Advocate with The Blue Bench in the story. The Blue Bench is a Denver-based organization that specializes in assisting survivors of gender-based violence and sexual assault. You can watch their video below.
