To kick off the school year, this episode of The DU 80802 Podcast starts a series about campus organizations looking for new members. This podcast’s focus is Delta Zeta, a panhellenic sorority at DU. The women in Delta Zeta pride themselves on being lifelong learners who aim to lead and serve the active global citizens and give graciously. Delta Zeta has weekly chapter meetings that run about one to two hours and other events each month. The average philanthropy event could require two hours of commitment. If you hold leadership positions or it is a busy week, this commitment could be more. To find out more information about sororities, visit @dupanhel on Instagram. There is a link in the bio to sign up for formal recruitment that takes place September 13-16.* Don’t be afraid to dm if you have any questions. The goal of recruitment is to find the sorority that makes you feel at home. Listen to the podcast to hear Delta Zeta President’s favorite part about being in her sorority.
*If you missed formal recruitment, there are always chances to meet with Delta Zeta, or other sorority, officers to find your fit.
